One Winner or Everyone Loses
Each round Fafnir acts by changing his angle of attack, spawning monsters, or building up his fiery breath. Inevitably he will release all his charged fireballs towards the town! If all the town’s walls are destroyed everyone loses!
A Draconian Pact
If Fafnir is slain, the most glorious hero is crowned victorious. However, a single opportunistic hero can choose to join Fafnir and ride upon him! Turning on the other heroes you control the dragon with Rider Cards and seek to destroy the town yourself!
Hunter of Monsters
Mythological creatures and monsters roam the land and slaying them will aid you on your quest. Snow trolls, giant spiders, and selkies guard magical sites where ancient runes can be found. Claim these runes and bring them to bear on Fafnir to kill the dragon!
Best Laid Plans
Gather wood, stone, and gold to construct defenses to protect the town. Barricades, watch towers, and trenches will reduce the carnage. If your structures intercept the fireballs, you’ll be rewarded, so plan your defense well.

Praying to Gods and raising up defenses will reward you with powerful artifacts! Break the rules with dozens of unique artifacts that offer new abilities to improve your movement, gain more glory, weaken the dreaded Fafnir, and much more!
